First IET in passenger service from Exeter - 25/05/18

1A72 05:53 Plymouth to London Paddington cancelled between Plymouth and Exeter due to a train fault. The IET^▸ currently being used for crew training was pressed into service apparently.

Being said elsewhere that 0553 cancelled so that said HST^▸ could be used to "rescue sleeper passengers" and the IET^▸ has run empty to Taunton due to unavailablity of crew.

Sleeper broke down at Nooton Abbot, should be in Penzance in time for lunch!
