Gloucestershire Scone, sorry no photo but receipe thus ;-

One Creme Cracker spread with butter, small slice of Goucester Old Spot Gammon Ham topped with a postage size slice of Double Gloucester cheese.

Agree with you, here's another entry from me ;-

No traditional Roast Beef and YORKshire Pudding is complete without the YORKshire Pudding being sprinkled with raspberry vinegar. A national supermarket chain which begins with W goes even further and retails an even better raspberry pulp vinegar (bar code 3 330147 100662) which I use instead of the raw vinegar offering.

No Coop in the area where I live, of the big ones I got M's, S's, T's to choose from besides W's and also a SPAR and a LONDIS.

All good, but I think it needs finishing off with a bit of quality piccalilli, or a tart chutney/pickle.

Too much information, grahame Grin If you get his name wrong he sends you a packet (tin?) of anchovies in retaliation. Sprinkled with a little something he found at Zizzi in Salisbury 10 days  or so ago. Now you know why its called the Trans WILTS line.....or is it the Trains Wilt line ?
