Yes, Sorry graham, did not know where to put it, there did not seem to be a Gloucester or Swindon late trains thread?.

It's easy enough to start a thread, but I appreciate your frugallity in doing so. Typically, "delay on X line" threads have been / are started where the delays get to a concerning level on that line;   TransWilts, Severn Beach, North Cotswold, Brighton were, I think, covered last year.  But specific interesting cases also crop up - as was yours, as it looked at the effect of an hourly rather than an every-2-hours spinner on the Stroud Valley.
