I hope First don't achieve both simultaneously. Will seriusly affect Exeter fares competition methinks. If First land the SWR» (South Western Railway - about) franchise, it'll be interesting too see if they win the new GWR (Great Western Railway) franchise in 2019 (or is it now 2020?)

I would go for either Stagecoach, or a joint venture between First and MTR (Mass Transit Railway, based in Hong Kong) ...
