Plans (or lack thereof). Keeping it fairly informal - love to see as many people there who want to come along.

I'm planning to arrive in Swindon at 14:20 (that's off the TransWilts train that connects at Westbury with the 10:43 from Plymouth and walk across to Steam! for a look around.

Then walk over to Sir Daniel's Arms - the Wetherspoons pub that's roughly between Steam! and the Station - that's at about 17:00 / museum kicking out time.   I'm planning to leave on the 19:36 ... there's a connection off that at Westbury all the way to Plymouth at 22:40.

Five hours in Swindon looks about enough for me (a lot going on) ... earlier and later TransWilts arrivals at 12:20 and 15:50 both have connections from The West, and the 17:36 departure also connects west.  Later train as far as Westbury at 21:06.   Plenty of trains from other locations to Swindon to join in, and to get back later ... quotations of west country example timings above only because they're the most sporadic!

Keeping things informal, but simply to give you all fair warning, I can say that I, bobm and Ollie will all be attending this prestigious event!

Is anyone else able to join us?  Smiley

Hope you have a good time!

I hope to make it to the Sir Dan for 4pm, dependent on the wellbeing of my Stepfather, who I'm now full time carer for.

I'll be there into the evening thanks to the kind offer of overnight accommodation from one of the admin team.

Second from top v second from bottom - should be a crowd puller.   Grin

Probably the longest fixture in the list if you use their full names - St Columba & Torpoint v Old Plymothian & Mannamedian
