I'll take a guess that 8 is Osnabrück Hbf - the upper station; is that the Haupthauptbahnhof? (And, at the risk of being thought pedantic, 9 is Hoek Van Holland Haven.)

I think Liverpool Street And I'd vote that it is Victoria. The one that looks unconvincing to me is no. 65 - there's no plain 4-track line near Cambridge. Without a guide to OLE▸ varieties (did Ian Allan ever produce one?) I'd say it was WCML▸ . So, where in those parts (and there's lots of them) has Graham been that we know of?

5 is somewhere on the GE Main Line between Stratford and Shenfield as thats pre-MK1 OLE▸ , but I have no idea exactly where.....

I'd add my vote for 7 being Victoria.
Osnabruck HBf is both high and low level. In the sixties the through trains from Hook of Holland to used to take the link from the low level to high and swap locos for an 01 10 pacific for the run to Hamburg. Real steam action and on a free pass!
For 9 WCML▸ around Milton Keynes. Although agree could be GEML▸ but seems to countrified,
