New Moderators

I am delighted to be able to welcome Chris from Nailsea and Phil as additions to the moderator team here at "The Coffeeshop". It's a major decision to invite extra people to join the admin team, but I'm really happy that both Phil and Chris have agreed to join us - I have grown to know and respect both of them while campaigning for improved services / running this site (and in Phil's case the TransWilts campaign) and I know they'll do a really good job.

Yet to really talk to Phil, but congrats to both of them.
