(My highlighting). That aspect seems rather unusual, making it difficult to reach as many rail users as possible for the purpose of this survey?
I am not aware of the background of this story, but I do note that
CRPs▸ in the
GWR▸ area have an excellent relationship with the company for the most part, and where that odd little glitch happens we just pinch ourselves to remember (a) how it use to be and (b) what we hear on certain of our wider travels!
