Looks like gwr are planning ahead for tomorrow

Further Information
Taxis will cover Menheniot, St Germans (MyKabs Taxis) and Saltash stations (2 x Plymouth City Taxis) and will run as required to Plymouth.
Passengers from St Budeaux Victoria Road are to make their way for the next available service from St Budeaux Ferry Road.
Passengers for all other stations are to utilise XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) 1S43 06:30 Penzance to Glasgow Central. or wait for the next available GWR (Great Western Railway) Service.
For more detailed information please contact a member of station staff or make use of the Customer Help Point systems available

I presume the 0928 Exeter to Penzance is the return working.    That went to the wall as well.
