Not quite, I'm afraid - I thought my green hint was capital and very European ... and very much in area for a GWR (Great Western Railway) forum - but perhaps it was a bit 'last year'.

Bristol Temple Meads Platform 2 bike storage area. Green capital city of Europe and all that.
