Outing to Steam, Swindon via TransWilts

Organised by / for members of West Wilts Rail user group. "Steam" celebrates 175 years of GWR^▸ this year; events planned ... and West Wilts Rail User Group organising an out there on 9th July

We are planning a visit to 'Steam' in Swindon (the Great Western Railway Museum) on 9th July 2016 via the Trans-Wilts line. Retired workers from the former railway works will also be on hand to share their experiences. If enough people show an interest - and come along - we will benefit by qualifying for a group booking discount! Oh I'd love to go to that! Sadly however, if I were to join the WWRUG^» train at Melksham I wouldn't be able get back again until the day after...

The group's travelling on the 09:30 from Westbury, picking up at 09:36 in Trowbridge and arriving Swindon at 10:22.
Return at 15:22 or 17:36 from Swindon, getting to Westbury at 16:07 or 18:18 (Trowbridge about 8 minutes earlier)
