I've looked at ticket prices with gold card from SAC to EXD» (Exeter St Davids - next trains) via HON. A single ticket is ^52.95, but splitting at RDG‡(resolve) gives a price of ^26.35 + ^16.95 = ^43.30. Is this the best price I can get? My gold card also gives me travel from MAI▸ (Maidenhead station) to RDG but I'm not sure that will help with PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains) being closed.

I found ^42.20 splitting at Woking and Pinhoe.
