I wonder what's going to happen on the buses ... in Cornwall, and in Wiltshire, over the next year or two.  Some interesting snippets ...

Bert Biscoe, Cornwall^s portfolio holder for transport, told LTT the franchising powers would be held in reserve, in case partnership working with bus operators failed to deliver the council^s aims.

Biscoe was responding to comments made this month by FirstGroup...

First and Cornwall council seem to have an excellent working relationship. First have domination, especially in the west of the county.
I don't see them changing it unless things Go stale.

First are perhaps nervous hence there more local rebranding exercise?
