It's good to see the Sunday TransWilts service to an "as advertised" schedule as we're particularly prone to engineering changes - as from May the timetable on sundays was recast and is now much better (every 2 hours) rather than 3 hour gaps and 30 minute gaps.

It will be 2 car again in 13th December (and may be in the interim) - Santa on 13th December.   And there are 2 car trains every day on certain services.

150 units regular on
* 06:12 from Swindon and 19:32 from Westbury(Monday to Friday)
* A trip each way on Saturday afternoon, and a morning northbound and evening southbound service
* A Sunday afternoon northbound trip

158 unit regular on
* 07:04 from Westbury, Monday to Friday
* 18:53 from Swindon, Monday to Friday
(Charlie M - this one is not usually in standard blue livery ;-) )

P.S. Not sure how the last two posts relate to rebranding (including my answer) - I didn't look in the thread title.   I may split off to somewhere better when I have a good connection (or other mod / admin feel free to do so)

Edit to add  - this message now looks a bit out of place;  the original post relating to a "rare" working was made under a thread talking about the rebranding of FGW (First Great Western) to GWR (Great Western Railway), and I struggled to see the relevance of the picture to that topic - so I used the powers I have here to split the topic into more logical (in my view) chunks.
