Just for fun - no prizes or even judging for the best!

Two recent pictures of Tangmere - one whilst she was being watered and serviced at Yeovil Junction having come off the Weymouth Seaside Express on Sunday, 26th July and the other on the first of a much reduced programme of Royal Duchy excursions on Sunday, 2nd August.

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Class 34 - a modern replacement for class 33 locomotives which ran over this line for many years?
