Network Rail Test Train Diagrams and Schedules

Can anybody point me in the direction of the schedules and diagrams (if, indeed, such things exists in the public domain) for Network Rail's various test trains please? I have tried googling to no avail. For instance, I know that the 'Flying Banana' (aka 'New Measurement Train [NMT]), visits SAL-EXD^» on a Thursday, roughly once every three weeks and the following day will do OOC^▸ -PLY^» , but I resort to checking realtimetrains to find out whether 'is it this Thursday or not?'

The problem is I think they are in RTT^» every week but run as required.

There's an 05:17 from Old Oak to Plymouth via Paddington on Fridays which could well fit the bill.

Be a question of looking each week to see if it has left London I suppose.

Which is exactly what I do for Thursday's OOC^▸ -SAL(or WEY) via EXD^» and by deduction assume that the OOC-PLY^» run will be the following day. What I am after though is when test trains are in operation over other routes in the region.

The other challenge of course is, like this morning, it will inevitably be running up to 60 minutes early!

There was a NR^» sprinter at EXD^» yesterday at around 1300. I've seen the NMT loitering at P1 at Central a fair few times recently as well
