I believe its No.5 that's being guessed here, rather than No.4...
I have looked up the answer but that may be considered cheating so I will not post the answer here yet.

I looked up 5 as well, although I had a vague idea based on the few visual clues other than IKB (Isambard Kingdom Brunel).
