The Railfuture Thames Valley Branch AGM (Annual General Meeting) is being held at 10:30 hrs on Saturday 18th April 2015, at West Oxford Community Centre, Botley Road, OX2 0BT. A short walk from the station.
The guest speaker is Adrian Shooter CBE, Chairman of the Oxfordshire LEP» (Local Enterprise Partnership - about), and known to may Coffee shop members as the former Chairman of Chiltern Railways. It promises to be a good opportunity to hear of rail development and get some answers.
There should be some updates on East West Rail and other branch objectives.
All are most welcome, you don't need to be a member.

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.
