Cancellations to services between Portsmouth Harbour and Southampton Central

Due to a person hit by a train between Portsmouth Harbour and Southampton Central all lines are blocked.

Impact:
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 mins or revised. An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed.

Reported to be a FGW (First Great Western) service involved.

I see on National Rail that the following solution is in place:

Quote
First Great Western passengers may use the following on reasonable routes:
South West Trains
Southern

Southern passengers may use the following on reasonable routes:
First Great Western
South West Trains

South West passengers may use the following on reasonable routes:
First Great Western
Southern

Looks like a bit of a 'circular reference' amongst the three TOCs (Train Operating Company) affected?  The main problem is that there really isn't an easy alternative route round this, by train you'd have to involve at least Guildford;  and at this time of an afternoon spare buses must be at a premium.
