And make them available for those under 16 to buy too.

IMHO▸ (in my humble opinion) make a child version available to get say 20% off for regular travellers. I certainly travelled around a lot.

A Bournemouth to London travelcard is ^20.05 - reduce that by 10% and I suspect you'll find a lot more people travelling.

It's better to get revenue than not to have any.
