Gathering reports from social media of a "small fire" or "smoke" in the driver's cab of the HST^▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) that formed 1C10 1030 PAD^» (Paddington (London) - next trains)-WSM. Service was terminated at Southall.

No one hurt, delays shortening....poss means another HST^▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) out on Monday though

Driver of 1C10 10:30 Paddington to Weston SM reports smoke coming from lead power car, service is at a stand at Southall East Junction, 1C78 10:35 Paddington to Paignton at a stand behind.

Update at 12:10: 1C10 has terminated at Southall and is now going empty to Old Oak Common.

Update at 11:40: Overhead power is back on

Update at 11:17: 1C11 11:00 Paddington to Bristol TM^▸ (Train Manager, or possibly Ticket Machine, depending on context) to call additionally at Southall, passengers from 1C10 can transfer to this service.

Update at 11:12: HEX service suspended.

Update at 11:05: 1C10 has come forward to Southall station, fire brigade en route.

I found out earlier that the "Driver of 1C10" was a friend of mine! He told me it was an "electrical fire"  on power car 43063. As said here, all passengers OK but understandably he was a little shocked and was sent back to Bristol.
