Reality TV star Jamie Laing was arrested after using his phone in the 'quiet' carriage of a train from Yorkshire to London this Sunday.
The Made in Chelsea regular allegedly refused to turn off his mobile, and ignored the train staff's attempt to communicate with him.
Laing, 25, was cautioned for 'offensive and unacceptable behaviour' after failing to give police his details.
The McVities heir was travelling from Leeds back to his home in London after a personal appearance and DJ set in Tokyo bar, Huddersfield on Saturday night.
After refusing to stop using his mobile phone, transport police arrested him and let him off the train at Peterborough, the Sun reports. He was interviewed at a police station and allowed to continue his journey home after accepting the caution over his behaviour.
British Transport Police released a statement regarding the arrest, but did not name Jamie Lang. ^Officers from BTP▸ arrested a 25-year-old man from Chelsea, London, for failing to give his details on the 15:05 Leeds to London King's Cross service on Sunday,^ a spokesperson said. ^The man was taken off the train by officers and taken to a police station in Peterborough to be interviewed. He then supplied officers with his details, was released and received a caution for the offence when he arrived at London King's Cross station.^
Privately educated Laing rose to fame on E4's reality TV show Made In Chelsea where he is most famous for dating beautiful co-stars and partying. He also runs 'fashionable confectionery company' Candy Kittens that produces and sells sweets and clothes with a distinct 'Kings Road feel'.
