Brand ought to be prosecuted for that admission, hauling the journalist that took that admission into court as evidence.

Yes, shame on him, and worth ^15 million it's not as though he couldn't afford a ticket.  I can't understand why some people in the public eye think it's clever to set a bad example.

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.
