Any idea where it is? I've a feeling it's Continental, as I'm not sure where there's  an open crossing on what appears to be an electrified line in the UK (United Kingdom).

Running the item through Google Translate (always good for a laugh) it seems that this was always intended to be a joke as there were no trains running that day.
