I have just voted, and I think I was the 6th person to do so, as the results are 66.7% (for one results) and 16.7% (for two others).

Based on the very subjective question, "How would you rate the helpfulness and attitude of staff on board your last train journey?", I'm not sure how useful that particular poll will prove to be. 

I, too, have just voted, and the results are now:

61.1% Very good
22.2% Fairly good
11.1% Neither good nor poor
0% Fairly poor
5.6% Very poor

I'm assuming, by the way, that the reference to 'your last train journey' in fact means 'your most recent train journey': I would like to think that I've still got a few more train journeys to look forward to ...

Hmm... shouldn't there be an option for 'my most recent journey had no staff / I didn't encounter any'.

That's what I had and therefore can't really vote on my 'last journey'.
