Many of FGW (First Great Western)'s smaller lines have a circular line-art logo - the Avocet (Branch line from Exeter to Exmouth) Line, the Maritime Line, the Oxford Canal Line, the Tamar Valley Line, and so on.

I'm involved in a project on the Cotswold Line and we'd like to use the logo, which in this case features hills (probably the Malverns!) and a dry-stone wall.

Does anyone here know who at FGW would be the best person to contact to get permission?

You could start off with the line manager Teresa Ceesay....

DM me if you want her email address as I don't think it's in the public domain.

Teresa is just who I would of suggested !! Otherwise you'd probably have to settle with the FGW (First Great Western) Customer service contact details, which dare I say it could take a little longer.

Strangely, I've just spent this morning in a meeting that she attended....

Very useful meeting, I'm waiting to hear how much I can put in the public domain...:-)

And she is the exact person to whom I would have directed Richard.

Thanks all! The Partnership e-mail no longer works, and I gather (from bumping into a regular on this forum in Charlbury Co-op) that the Partnership itself is effectively defunct. Haven't heard back yet from the other FGW (First Great Western) source I'd thought might know, so I'll try Teresa.

Originally, the Cotswolds and Malverns Line brand and logo just appeared at stations in Oxfordshire.  This was in 2009.  Shortly afterwards, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham and Pershore were similarly branded.  Then, in 2010, London Midland followed suit with its stations between Worcester and Hereford (albeit, in a different colour).  It is thought that Oxfordshire County Council did fund, at least in part, the first phase, but it is assumed that First Great Western and London Midland covered the cost of the remainder.

Just as a follow-up: Teresa put me onto the right person and it's all sorted now. Thanks again all.
