What a strange looking map. Anyway, back to spotting the errors. This one is not so much an error, though if you are being pedantic it is, it looks like Bristol to Weymouth trains have to reverse at Westbury to continue their journey.
This is probably quite a cynical thing to say but what's the bet that this map was produced for ATOC» by someone who isn't strongly connected to railways say as they might have been back in BR▸ days when maps like this were produced?

Although I appreciate it is not a geographic map, it seems odd that Cardiff Queen St appears further north than Ebbw Vale.

There appears to be a through service in Windsor
The line from Birmingham New Street to Nuneaton appears to connect to the Coventry to Nuneaton line before Nuneaton whereas they do not connect at all.

The red dot adjacent to Windsor does clarify that this might not be the case. I much prefer the old style map, which you used to get as an insert in the All Line Timetable (and is still available as a pdf). |
