Grrrrrr............I once saw Hugh F-W on a train, the ignorant so and so spilt coffee all over me and minced off without so much as an apology.............BNM if you tell me you did similar to him I will happily fund a night on the ale for you, in Wetherspoons or any other venue! Perfect gentleman. Of course I did mention that I have a couple of the River Cottage books, the one on meat is well thumbed, and also mentioned that I've dined a couple of times in the River Cottage Canteen in Bristol.
He's near the top of my list of favourite TV chefs. After Rick Stein and ahead of Nigeria Lawman.
