Haven't been to Padd for a while until yesterday, noticed that the B1 mural between Platforms 13/14 and 12 had been painted out.

Has somebody worked out that B1s were very infrequent (if ever) visitors to Paddington?

Also lots of work between Taplow and London for electrification.

I never thought of it as a B1, pity that. Wouldn't that be more typical for Marylebone with the ex GC» (Great Central Railway - link to heritage line)/LNE?.
Lots and lots of lineside work being undertaken, you're right.
Lots of concrete bases being put down, I presume for huts and transmission stands for the overhead?.
Most of the Brunel bridges have gone  Sad replaced by more modern concrete and steel ones. I hope they last as long!

There's also an awful lot of work for the upcoming relocation of Slough Panel to Didcot TVSC» (Thames Valley Signalling Centre - about).  Difficult to work out what work is for what project at the moment!
