Yep ... "g" in the away quiz is Paris St Lazare ... where I had just arrived from Cherbourg. Then on via Frankfurt to Nurnberg ... |

My only experience of that Paris station (going back to Caen) was unpleasant, having just been robbed on the metro of my passport, money and tickets. I spent some time in the Police office and strangely didn't stop to count the number of platforms!    (Good gracious - I've just realised I'm beginning to sound like the trout  ) |
