Can you place any of these (if yes, just one each please!) ... all my picture, some quite old

Edit - 3rd April.  Due to a hole in my backup system ... the links to these pictures have gone.  Sorry about that ... it would take an awful long time to find them again ...

Whilst Clifton Down has seen ATW (Arriva Trains Wales (former TOC (Train Operating Company))) liveried Class 150s, I don't think it's ever had the bilingual 'Ffordd allan/Way out' signs.  Wink

Haha... Completely missed that. In that case, guess retracted. You can see how I came to that conclusion though had it not have been for that sign? The picture is very similar to the setup on the Severn Beach bound platform at Clifton Down Wink

In which case, shall I take another punt? as it's going to be wrong Wink

Location correct, service incorrect.

Regrettably, the 19:35 from Westbury isn't usually a busy train.   The opposite commuter working - the 06:38 from Melksham - gets there at 06:55 in the morning, and even the keen workforce on the West Wilts Trading Estate finds that's a bit too long a day for the  Undecided

Yes, it *is* Cathays.

The train at Melksham, by the way, is the 18:19 ex Swindon one dark December night, when it had become know ahead of time that Santa would be on the train  Wink ... it does look rather like the Weymouth return (anthony215) in the summer of 2011, except that there was always some light when that service got back.

No 8. - The A420 between South Marston and Bourton near Swindon?

Its actually called Acorn Bridge and the right hand arch in the picture was originally built for the Wilts and Berks Canal

Interesting, the Canal is another interest of mine, especially as it used to flow past my back gate - not in my lifetime though, obviously!  Grin
