There are five stations with "upper" in their name, but only 3 with "lower" left that I can find (UK▸ , main network). How many can you find?

I wont answer as I know them all, but as a clue the 3 letter station codes are UPH, UHL, UTY, UWL, HLU and LSY, TYL, I have been unable to think of the 3rd, unless you go with Lowestoft or Heath Low Level, but neither are lower.

There are two "Nethers", if you count the Old English word for lower.

As it was bugging me so much for the third lower, I have just tried National Railway Enquiries, and they are only giving me the 2 I have named.

Shame about Uppermill, a place I knew well in my childhood. Can't blame Beeching for that closure, as he was only 4 when it closed.

If it wasn't for the bracketed text in the OP▸ (main network) then there are many more. Nearly every Cliff Railway in the UK▸ names their stations Upper and Lower.
