Doubt it, delay minuets are an internal Railway Industry system; NR» will make a claim against the Colliery but this will not cover consequential costs such as providing buses. Also the claim may be subject to the original land purchase there may be a clause that protects colliery as daft as that sounds the original land owner may have included it in the deeds

Quite rare for a land slip to sneak up from underneath though isn't it? I guess there's a different proper name for this effect though. Heave or something?
I wonder if the solution might be to divert away from the current formation - might be easier in the medium term.
