Tuesday 12 February 1430 to 1630 South Wales to Paddington High Speed Service Tuesday 5 March 1430 to 1630 Reading Easter improvement works Monday 8 April 1800 to 2000 Penzance to Paddington High Speed Service Thursday 9 May 1300 to 1500 London to Reading, local stopping services Tweet to @FGWTweetManager |

Hello
Yes we are going to be running one every month from now on.The next one after the advertised 4 will be all about Glastonbury and then we are open to ideas.
What should we think about running these sessions on - any ideas?

Given some 19% of people (who complained last quarter) have issues with the on-train service - perhaps that's a particularly pertinent one to cover?  I also think Stations would be a good one to cover. |

Can't see the point of having one on a lunchtime service between Bristol and Swindon as it won't give regular travellers an opportunity to have their say. Why not an early one into Swindon - after all there are enough FGW▸ on those services on their way into FGW Towers.

There are regular meet the manager sessions run at stations... I'm not sure what else you want? A Facebook event would be good too as you can use more words on there to say things.. And I struggle to work Twitter out sometimes... |

Helpful stuff guys - thanks!
EBrown - on train and stations a great idea. We have tried to go for a wider topic - the Wales to Paddington session today will cover stations and on train service along that route but perhaps a better idea to have a session specifically about on board catering, or station facilities. Noted.
Bignosemac - Yep, 140 characters can be limiting. I am looking at answering some questions with audio clips, which we will probably start doing from the next session. Watch this space.
Jo - In theory, a Facebook session is a good idea. The only problem with this is how many people it would reach as Facebook chooses the people that see our posts. Let me have a bit more of a think about this and how it could work. Suggestions welcome.

Hi Jo,
Isn't it the people that "like" your page that can see your posts.. Rather than facebook chosing? In which case they are most likely to be the people that would want to join in? And not understanding Twitter totally.. how do people on there know about it if they don't "like" you on there?
I've seen it done on facebook by more than one large retail firm so I think it should work

CrossCountry run ask the manager sessions on Facebook but tend to ignore quite a lot of the comments which ultimately leaves people with a much worse impression than before the event.
