I've had the same experience with the last two offers from RSH.  I'm tempted not to bother if there is a third time.

Isn't this a case for trading Standards if they're not honouring an offer?

Kinda depends on when folk attempted to get their voucher. If they used the leaked 'passwords' before the final one was published in The Sun on Monday 28th January, thus circumventing the terms of the offer, then I don't think they have much of a case to go running to Trading Standards.

None of the codes I got on my three RSH accounts worked. But then they were obtained before the offer was officially 'live'. Tried to get something for nothing and failed. I won't be complaining.

All of the code quota was taken before the end of the Sunday night, so therefore I'd assume they'd decided that every single voucher was incorrectly obtained

I believe RSH released a further 10,000 codes and The Sun printed a different 3rd 'password' on the Monday.
