Blackboy Tunnel Exeter

Does anyone know the reason for the slow running on the approach to St James Park through this tunnel?

There was a landslip here following the recent heavy rain. Emergency Speed Restriction in place while repairs are carried out.

The landslip next to the Exmouth side portal, there a 5 mph restrction. The T board or end of the restriction had to be placed on the other side of the tunnel as it couldn't go inside the tunnel due to apparently H&S^▸ reasons, even if the problem area is over as soon as the train enters the tunnel.
