Well, I've just 'wasted' 12 minutes of my life watching it - but the comments are worth a laugh: my favourite was "Did you consider uploading the video without the sound?"  Grin

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

The criticism seems a bit unfair to me, heck I was like that with the Class 59's a good few years back  Grin

Would've been a decent video without the sound..

Have to say I tend to adopt a "live and let live" philosophy with this kind of thing: can't say that spending weekends videoing Greater Anglia EMUs (Electric Multiple Unit) would be my cup of tea, but as long as no harm is being done and someone's enjoying it etc etc...

That said, some of the commentary gives me mild cause for concern  Lips sealed

Judging by the note that BNM suggested that Ollie linked him to the video... I am rather suspecting this is the filming of a young chap having orgasms over Class 379's on the Stansted Express Test Runs... And I claim my 5 pounds Grin

I have to be honest if I was on the platform waiting for a train this would make me feel awkward, I can deal with many situations and I am not knocking the lads hobby, I've spent hours traveling the network and been on a freezing platform with a camera myself, but this is just wrong I don't even think its a joke... You do get some people who try to add humour to the videos to be different (tripshift comes to mind), trouble is having kids on platforms shouting and screaming at trains is bad for the customer and it's bad for the enthusiasts who go along stay quiet stick to the rules and don't get in the way
