They won't be as fed up as when a two car 150 has turned up in the past, and it isn't that unusual at all...

I suggested on the 150 Cascade Thread on the Across thge West Board that we might see one of the newly formed 3 Car 150/1s going to Portsmouth.
Are there problems re availabity of the 3 Car 158s at the moment as I spotted 158763 (one of the 2 Car) working 14 23 Ports mouth Hbr to Cardiff on Wednesday (29th).    Still, 150127 provided more seats than 159763 and better than a 2 Coach 158 as well as a 150/2

Actually I would be hard pushed to think of the last time a 2 car 150 did the Pompey run at peak times, and if there is a stand in for for 158 FGW (First Great Western) have managed to put a 4 car 150 together. Whether that has split at Westbury I'm unaware of.

I suggested on the 150 Cascade Thread on the Across thge West Board that we might see one of the newly formed 3 Car 150/1s going to Portsmouth.

I really only mentioned 127 standing in as the centre car is 57209, without going back through the Cascade thread is this a permanent pairing? And I suspect that the earlier incident with someone being struck may have had something to do with it.

It also seemed a lot more crowded on there for a Fri than an equivalent 158.

Yes, 150127 Permanent 3 Car Set and 150121 also.    The Centre Cars are 2 toiletless ones left over from the Cascade.   They had lost their 52 partners over time due to write off bumps.
