I don't have access to the pages in order to amend them.

Oh, yes, you do!  Grin

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

Here's the letter from ATOC» (Association of Train Operating Companies See - here) which I received following a letter of complaint as mirrored in this

Thank you for your email regarding Ranger and Rover tickets.

Your email has raised some interesting and valid points , If you look at www.nationalrail.co.uk and search for some of the journeys you have mentioned in your email you will see that the appropriate ranger or rover ticket is offered for some but not all of these journeys.  Work continues throughout the industry to ensure that the selling of tickets both at the ticket office and online is as accurate as possible, with regard to ranger and rover tickets this involves a significant amount of work due to the journey combinations these tickets allow.

I have forwarded your email to the Head of Fares and Retailing and he is taking currently looking at this issue with our members.

Kind regards,

I'd rather receive a poorly worded but sincere letter than the usual cut and paste, thank you for your comments nonsense that you get from the TOCs (Train Operating Company).
