Just curious to know why this servoce, which actually goes on to temple nears, is shown on the customer info boards as terminating at Bradford on Avon? Is this to reduce confusion with most BTM▸ (Bristol Temple Meads (strictly, it should be BRI)) services which go via swindon?

I believe the web site and smart phone apps list the end point as BTM

Probably because the 17:56 from Reading overtakes it ... and reaches Temple Meads at 19:12, when the 17:36 is only just passing through Avoncliff ... it doesn't reach Temple Meads until 19:41, and I can't imagine customers who saw "Bristiol" on the departure board and jumped on it being very happy.

On the same basis, at Paddington you see trains to Radley and I suspect they go on to Oxford  Wink

...and services from Reading which are shown as terminating at Ealing Broadway when they actually go to Paddington, and in the down direction trains to Reading which on the screens are listed as ending at Twyford.
