Fulfilling the Potential of Rail - A National and Local Perspective

The country^s senior rail experts will be sharing their thoughts on the latest issues and developments in rail at a national, regional, and local level.  Some of the burning issues of our time will be discussed, including High Speed 2, by speakers from the very forefront of their field. Also included are key speakers on the most pressing issues for the region including the Greater Western franchise, Electrication, Intercity Express Project and Devon Metro.
