Banbury is the only other one I can think of and I don't think that the mural is there.   IIRC ('if I recall/remember/read correctly'), Banbury is a rather 1960s unlovely concrete creation with a wide enclosed overbridge.  The little windows over the door don't fit with that.

I've just spent a good while studying the FGW (First Great Western) route map and have concluded it is Basingstoke.  With a good bit of detective work, I've found this artwork is in the waiting room between Platforms 2 and 3.

To reiterate and add to the clue for no. 20. The artwork can be found in the waiting room at a FGW (First Great Western) terminus. However it is not a terminus for the other operators who use this particular station.

[pedant]South West Trains terminate some services at Basingstoke .... therefore it is also a terminus for them ....[/pedant]

Definitely not a terminus for CrossCountry though.
