Anyone else think that in the 'thumbs up' photo Mr Hames MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) has been photoshopped in?

Look at the top of the top finger and thumb on the far left hand side. Kinda weird.
