Line problems at Paddington, a freight train broken down at Severn Tunnel Junction, and now a signalling failure around Newport station.

Edit and now I see from the Live Departure board on the ATW^▸ website that the 2300 arrival at Cardiff Central from Portsmouth Harbour has had to be cancelled between Temple Meads and Filton Abbey Wood because of vandalism

Interesting conumdrum as this was owing to (NOT due to!) vandalism. Technically the TOC^▸ doesn't have to compensate etc as not 'railway related delay'....Being so late, I wonder if they did?
