From the FGW (First Great Western) website :

10:36 Penzance to Plymouth due 12:36

This train has been revised. It will no longer call at: St Erth, Hayle, Camborne and Redruth. This is due to an earlier train fault.

10:36 Penzance to Plymouth due 12:36
This train has been revised. It will no longer call at: St Erth, Hayle, Camborne, Redruth, Lostwithiel, Bodmin Parkway, Liskeard, Menheniot, St Germans and Saltash. This is due to an earlier train fault.

Incidently at Saltash and St Germans we always have a 3 hour service gap in the morning! Today it will be at least 4 hours.
