From the FGW^▸ website :

06:50 Exeter St Davids to Barnstaple due 08:16

This train will be terminated at Eggesford.It will no longer call at: Kings Nympton, Portsmouth Arms, Umberleigh, Chapelton and Barnstaple.This is due to a train fault.

08:35 Barnstaple to Exmouth due 10:17

This train will be started from Eggesford.It will no longer call at: Barnstaple, Umberleigh and Kings Nympton.This is due to an earlier train fault.
