The Great Western Railway was nationalised in 1948 to become British Railway Western Region and during the 1990s was privatised to become Network Rail and First Great Western.

Friday Evening Band Concerts in the Station from 7.30pm

A different and varied Programme is performed each week of Marches, Selections from the Shows, arrangements from the Classics and Popular Tunes.
