In another era, he was one of the architects of British Rail's Regional Railways, yes? Thinking that our area, as well as a transformed DfT^» , could do with more Chris Gibbs

Chris Green was also Manager of Scotrail before becoming director of London and South East which he famously rebranded Network Southeast.
