We are looking at the Marches line in another thread - that's Transport for Wales.   Looking at a list of all TOCs▸ (Train Operating Company) operating international services this effects ...

Is the Welsh Mountaineer 'public transport'  the customers are not strictly "ordinary people in general; the community"  they are in essences a private party
