I guess the others are too obscure, so

A New Orleans, the clue was part fo the Superdome , 1984
B Pittsburgh, Station Square, 1984
C Galveston RailRoad Museum, 1984
D Baton Rouge and around, Christmas 1983
E Mumbai
F Hilton Railway Musuem near Pietermartizburg
G Sydney - monorail (since removed) and Harbour bridge
H Lower station on rack railway to the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer
